Our Year In Review
- Best In The Industry – Our 2016 has resulted in tremendous growth and accolades. Staff Smart, Inc. is proud to be awarded Inc. 5000 and Inavero’s Best of Staffing, as well as listed on Fastest Growing Private Companies, Largest Woman-Owned Businesses, Top Permanent and Temporary Placement Service providers by San Diego Business Journal.
- Candidates Love Us! In a recent independent survey, our IT talent gave us a perfect 10 for customer service. Research shows that employee retention starts with the interview. Candidates found our hiring process “highly transparent with immediate feedback” and “a pleasurable experience.” This marks our second year of ranking in the top 10% among our staffing peers.
- Expanded National Reach – In addition to our California roots, we’ve broadened our services to hot spots like New York, Chicago, Portland, Minnesota, and Austin.
- Leadership and Training – Our year was full of professional development in both staffing and innovation. In May, the entire team attended a state-wide conference in Palm Springs where our recruiters received AIRS certification. Then onto downtown San Diego for the 50th Annual Staffing World conference for ongoing training. In addition, we joined market intelligence organizations TechServe Alliance and Staffing Industry Analysts.Finally, I’m excited to announce that I’m serving as Chair of the American Staffing Association STEM Advisory Committee.
